Another great day on the road with wide open spaces.
We have done 1300 miles since leaving LA & only at 1200 miles out did we see our first cow, until then no cattle sheep or even a rat to be seen.
Weather fantastic and our 2 bikes continue to purr between 80 to 90 mph
We are doing distances per day equal to Auckland to Wellington day after day
Making our way thru Texas tomorrow and by tomorrow evening should be close to half way point
Highlight to day breakfast at San Jose ( see pics) and a real Texan steak house for dinner (kicker is If you can eat a 72 ox steak it is free, we gave it a good nudge!)
